Drive 90 miles an hour through a New York City school zone and you're gonna pay: with a fine and suspended license. Drive safely but also be one sip over the .10% drunk driving arrest threshold, you're gonna pay bigger - much bigger. You'll also lose your car, forever. What's worse, to hear New York City Mayor Giuliani tell it, it's not the drunk drivers he's after. "If you've had even one drink," he declared, "you should find somebody else to drive your automobile... We have to find every possible way to get that message across to people." Didn't the message used to be "don't drive drunk"?
