Beef Is Back!

The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Times, and U.S. News & World Report have all taken notice of what we’ve known all along: despite the apocalyptic predictions of the mad-cow PR machine, more and more Americans are deciding that there’s no substitute for a juicy burger or a fine steak. The Journal has also inaugurated a “Beef Crisis” page, where you can now find news about Americans’ reactions to European farming problems.
