The Seattle School Board has voted to allow soda sales in high schools, despite the threat of a lawsuit from king of torts John Banzhaf. The Seattle Times reports that Banzhaf “will assist any Seattle attorney who wants to sue the district.” In anticipation of the vote, the Center for Consumer Freedom aired its obesity lawsuit television commercial in Seattle the day before the vote.
