Public Health Advocacy Institute (PHAI) President Richard Daynard, who’s apparently unfamiliar with economies of scale, is more than willing to have the government regulate restaurant portion size and food pricing. Daynard was speaking at PHAI’s annual conference on November 5, which we covered in delectable detail yesterday.
