It's almost Christmas, our favorite time of year here at the Center for Consumer Freedom. Christmas means time with family, lots of presents, and, of course, good food. Whether you prefer turkey or ham, apple pie or pumpkin pie, chances are you're planning to indulge a little bit. And don't forget the eggnog and apple cider.
As you enjoy the festivities, take some time to be thankful. You live in a country where food is plentiful and indulging is possible. Despite food cops who pine for our hunter-gatherer days, having an abundant and easily accessible supply of food is something to be grateful for — even if you do get a little indigestion on the 26th.
On behalf of all of us, have a wonderful holiday!
