Health Foods, or Slick Marketing?

We’ve long been skeptical of the health halo of “organic” foods. We’ve seen overwhelming evidence that the claims that “organic is better for you” or better for the environment to be questionable, and it’s not like organic food is immune to the same contamination issues as conventional food (manure is, after all, the “ick” in organic).

As our senior research analyst told host John Stossel on Fox Business last night, “[consumers] are letting themselves be led around by the nose … to a certain extent.” Watch the video below for the full interview.
