The People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) takes its animal welfare campaign aimed at Burger King to Youngstown, Ohio, today. As we’ve said before, giving in to PETA on animal welfare issues won’t accomplish anything. PETA won’t suddenly stop and say thank you. Just see what PETA demanded of McDonald’s after it caved. PETA won’t be happy until restaurants stop serving meat, period.
