Twinkie tax creator Kelly “Big Brother” Brownell wants to impose hefty taxes on some foods to shrink everyone else’s waists. As Fortune reported this week, Brownell’s anti-obesity battle plan is clear: “The first thing that’s necessary, is for the public to be sensitized and even angry about the current situation. The key to getting mad is having victims.” Given his own situation (see below), Brownell must be furious.
