George magazine, founded by John F. Kennedy Jr., has folded. With its passing, the nannies will lose one of its better media connections. Not long ago, George ran an article on the environmental “dangers” of hog farming, full of nanny mischaracterizations of the issue (See our expose, “… and this little piggy caused catastrophic illness”). It’s no small wonder that George ran such articles when its known that one of the leading anti-hog industry nannies is the Natural Resources Defense Council’s lawyer, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., cousin of George’s founder.
